Your booking fee secures your place - I cannot reserve places without payment.
If I cancel or alter the content, time or location of a class you will be offered a full refund or the option to switch to another class.
You have the statutory 14 days to cancel or amend your booking. After this time a 50% refund or the option to switch to another class will be offered if cancelled more than one month before the class. No refunds will be offered less than one month before the class commences.
As students, customers and those that follow my work on social media, I may hold some information about you (your name, email address, and in some cases, your postal address and telephone number).
This is a short note setting out how I collect, use and store this information. But if you still have any questions after reading this, please get in touch.
· IMPORTANT NOTE: When I talk about "information", I am only referring to your contact details. I never have access to your financial information when you make payments using card or bank transfer. All sensitive financial information is held securely by the processing companies, and they never share this with me, or anyone else.
How I collect information
If you contact me via the contact form on my web site or via Etsy.com the information you submit is saved on the sites secure server.
When you attend a course with me and pay for materials used there is a section at the bottom of the form where it asks if you want to share your contact details with me in case I should in the future send out information on my enamelling activities and events.
Whenever you enquire or book a course with me or commission work you give me sufficient information about you to enable me to process those things.
Who has access to your information
I am the only one who ever has access to your information, and I never pass this on to anyone else.
I use MailChimp as a way of managing a mailing list, your details will be stored on their secure servers.
If you pay me using card or bank transfer, the processing company will also hold information about you.
How I use your information
I use your information to plan and book workshops with you and discuss commissions, to respond to your queries and when replying to your questions and requests for advice.
How I store information
Mailchimp keep details of mailing lists on their secure servers.
I keep the hard copies of any student purchases which may include where you have written down your contact details for accounting and tax purposes.
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, and I will give you full details free of charge.
You also have the right to ask that your details be deleted or amended . If you ever change your mind about what information, if any, you want me to hold on your behalf just contact me.
